If the product(s) received do not match your requests (size or color) you can have it adjusted or exchange it up to 14 working days after delivery date. Please consult our “Sizing & Fitting” page for help with measuring before sending the item back.
For an exchange please send us back your item(s) and mail us which model you wish to exchange it into, size, color as well as the reason of exchange (doesn’t fit properly / size or color is not what I’ve ordered).
For hygiene reasons we can only exchange items that haven’t been used or aren’t damaged. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. We recommend you obtain proof of postage, otherwise we can not be hold responsible for the products lost during the posting process.
We cannot reimburse the cost of returning the product(s) to us. However, we will send the new item free of charge.
Note that your screen may alter colors slightly, therefore please reconfirm the colors in writing when ordering.
